Not Made EMI of Purchase

Dear sir,

This is to inform you that i made a transaction of Rs. 17000 and given a requrest to your executive to convert in Life Time EMI.

The executive confirmed me the same and told me that I have to pay minimum 850/- per month & interest.

But when i received the statement they demand full amount. Against that i register the complaint and now i would like to know the status Complaint # 2002489855.
