Charged for financial service which I never asked fo

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is with reference to my credit card no 4384599987767810 which I had received from HSBC around 2yr back. On receiving the credit card I also received a insurance policy along with the welcome kid which was from TATA AIG Life isurance which I had never asked for. I made a call to HSBC customer care immediately on the same day and inquired about the misselling of financial product which I had never asked for. The cutomer care representative said that a policy from TATA AIG is the additional cover we offer with HSBC credit card. I received a first month bill from HSBC on 8th Aug stating that I was charged for the preium of the insurance policy. I again called the HSBC credit card customer care representative on the same day and told him to cancell the credit card as I was cheated by HSBC. On 20th Aug I again called up the HSBC customer care and again requested for the cancellation of the credit card which they then processed. On 26th Aug I again called the HSBC customer care and spoke to Dona, who confirmed me that my card has been cancelled and the charged applied has been cancelled and now my outstanding balalce is Zero (00).

On 20th July I received a communication from HSBC credit card that my outstanding balalce is around Rs.5000. I called up the customer care again and spoke to Zaheer, who said that the letter has been dispached financial department as the financial period has over and the outstanding has been charged for the whole year credit. He said talk to the financial department and they will revert the charged applied. On calling the creidt card financial department they said its just dispach the outstanding amount they have received from the credit card department, we donot have any rights to cancell the charges.

Now again on 12th feb I received a commmunication from HSBC saying my outstanding balalnce is Rs.10083. I again called up the customer care and spoke to Akhil, who again gave me the same reply, that talk to our financial department.

I am totally been cheated by HSBC credit card for the financial services that I had never asked for and which was forceably asigned to me.

Kindly help me out as what should be done on the same.
