Over payment

Sir

I have received a SMS on 3rd or 4th of this month (i.e. march) saying that I hvae to pay an amount of nearly Rs 675 . But last month, I payed entire amount what ever which is due according to the statement of February. So there should not be any outstanding amount which I should pay to HSBC. Now I waited for the statement of hardcopy, I did not receive it as on to-day, so I am raising a complaint regarding this anamoly. Please kindly rectify it.
