Harassment of paying the out standing of HSBC Credit card – Not issued to me

I, Mr. Janardhana Rao Koppu, never applied the HSBC credit card till now, but the people at HSBC are giving the mails to my email id and calling me regarding the payment of HSBC credit card dues, I have given decent mails to the concerned for removing my mail id and informed I don’t have any HSBC credit card in the month of Aug & Sep 2008. After writing all I didn’t get any revert from them for the same.

All of sudden they are calling to my mobile no and instating me to pay the credit card dues, and putting blames on me and harassing. I am herewith attaching teh mails which was given from my side regarding the same.

Please look into this and suggest me the corrective action in this regard.
