Hi,

I have HSBC credit card and i am really fed up with this definitely i am going to cancel tomorrow and before that i want to tell u all my expreience with them.

I have been given a classic card from HSBC and menioned that its a life time free card. Exactly after one year they charged annual fee of Rs.700 for which they have the excuse that they have changed the policies.

I have redemed my points one time and when i tried next two times they didnt got delivered both times i called customer care and blue dart courier. The later said HSBC have given them a wrong address and when i check with HSBC they said they have the correct address.

NOw the latest one is i got statement only on 16th of this month and in that they have specified late payment fee Rs.400.I dont know why there are behaving like this. I havent made any late payments and this month i made the payment on 10th only because i got call from HSBC to make payment on that day and they told my date is 9th but i got statement only by 16th. Its clearly mistake from their part.

Can anyone help me to take steps against this injustice?
