I have written mail to HSBC that i have cancelled their crdit card last 2 year back and i am written to email to [email protected] & [email protected] stating the same, I have been getting harresment and vungulr calls at my residence numbers in the night from a PCO in Delh also from a some Delhi Number 011 145023862

They have used very vulgur language to my mother and my wife, my mother is a senior citizen and having major health problem the calls have been made by a person in the dead night althogh the number is from delhi he says he is calling from Pakistan when i ask the person name he uses vulgur language and abuses, I am in the process of filling an NC with the Police station and sending a notice to the bank.

As per me when i canceleld my credit card due to very bad services like late recipt of statement, overcharging and no response on the call. i had cleared all my payments two years back, they are now saying that they have taken all the past years interest and annual fees and asking money.

My family is tranmatised of calling and abusing, they person calling give all kind of bad words.
