Dear All @ Grievance Cell,
Few days back, i received call from DSA of HSBC to upgrade the gold card to
platinum card.. I accepted the offer only after the agent confirmed that
bank will not charge any fees.. Now till date i have not rcvd the new
credit card & i'm receiving almost 10-15 calls daily for payment of Rs
110 towards upgradation of card... I have spoken to your customer care & the supervisor who took the
call simply suggested me to cancel the card, And on her advise i cancelled the card because she did not bothered to help me..
Now your collection team is calling me everyday for payment & are not bothered to call that
DSA.Unnecessary they are harrasing me & my family...
I would have made the payment if i had agreed on the call..If you can
prove that i have agreed to pay the amount, i will issue a cheque at the
same time...
No wonder why banks are suffering loss when they are spending so much
money to recover Rs 110..This amount could have been used towards
development of bank
