Settlement of HSBC Credit Card

Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is reference to HSBC credit card Account No. 4384599993513117. I am using this for 2 years, I settled all my dues with REF:- RSCPDNWOFFNDHHDMKEEPERS-420062009859 as on 20 June and paid all settled amount in 04 Cheques (Cheques no. 511861, 511862, 511863, 511864 Drawn on State Bank of India) in continuous equated monthly installments within due date.

But HSBC bank not initiating to settle this issue. Kindly look into this matter and do the needfull.
