Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Abhishek Jain, I have applied for HSBC credit card on July but I have never received that card, but now HSBC put my name in CIBIL against the card no. 4476929992597663 . for which I have to pay to Rs 88728. HSBC bank, but as said above I have never received that card because I got transferred to Pune from hyderabad from my org. and it was internal transfer, so cant provide any official doc. for this, and now bank is asking me to provide any such document.
As I also asked bank to provide me any proof or acknowledgment copy of card delivery so i can verify my signature into the same.but is not providing the same to me. In this case when I have not received the card, I am not liable to pay any amt .for misusing of that card. I had written to banking ombudsman and got reply from bank that this is case of loss card and i have to pay to dues amt to bank. but i am not satisfy with this reply
Plz advise how i can clear my name in CIBIL and if bank will not able to give satisfactory solution what can be done for the same.
