I'd some dispute with bank, and atter that I stopped payment. Few days back, a collection officer Reetu was following to me. She not left any kind of harrassment trick and after uncountable harrsement as well as threating calls from Reetu (Mob # 9136347423), she promised to me that bank will issue me Full and Final Letter, If i pay Rs 10000 in one shot. She made me assured very well that after 5 to 7 days, Letter would be in my hands.
After her assurance and confirmation, I made payment on 29th Dec'10 through Cheque No. 269945. Payment collector officer (Jabbar Khan, Mob # 9582584580) also wrote "Full and Final Payment received rs 10000/- by cheque" as instructed by Reetu.

Now It's been more than 15 days gone and I'm still waiting for letter. Reetu is not responding my phone calls not giving any kind of status. When I contacted with Agent (Jabbar Khan) who collected the payment cheque, I came to know that bank has not approved settlement letter.
It's totally a fraud case where anybody becomes bank authority and torture to customers.
Kindly suggest me what action shoud take on this or how I'can get the same from bank.
