Non receipt of statement & incorrect statement for the month of May of my A/c. No. 4384599991295550

The HSBC Credit cards does not despatch any statement to my address though my payment is very prompt. They give only cellphone messages so we cannot contact them anywhere in the world, that is the fate of the HSBC. My payment due for the month of April is Rs. 45028.43 and the minimum payment is Rs. 2251.42. I have paid an amount of Rs. 2500.00 on 05-04 as 04-04 was due date and the bank is holiday. Again cellphone message for May stated my due is 47.591.21 which is not correct. I have lodged a written complaint in the HSBC Bank, Greenlands, Somajiguda Branch, Hyderabad where I used to pay the amount every month, but till now no response. I have paid the minimum balance of Rs. 3000.00 today on 04-05. Every month the payment particulars received by the bank is messaged to my cellphone nO. 9052288460 very promptly. But the correction is becoming highly impossible through the net/their complaint phones from their office. Kindly do the justice. The payment of Rs. 2500/- for the month of April is not debited to my account.
