Every month payment statement not delivery my address the queerer staffs are not come to my address several times compliant through by phone but so far not taken action against the consent related staffs it is very difficult to know the total payment due and also the statement address is 100 percent correct more than 25 years staying the own flat all the letters come to my address expect hsbc bank letters i am very sorry to say next month statement is not sent or delivery to my address properly i going to surrender your hsbc credit card please
