HSBC Credit Card
Wanted to Close the account

Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing on behalf of my uncle (Mohan Chandran) with a credit card no 4476921205771144. He had closed this acc in the year 2006 and paid all his dues. He had cut the card and sent to HSBC Trivandrum. Thinking that every thing is fine. After 2 yrs he started receiving statements again from HSBC. He had contacted the main branch in Trivandrum. They had advised that he needs to contact Cochin branch. When approached Cochin Branch, They had advised that Credit card Closures are handled in Chennai. Now he doesn't know what to do. He just want this account be closed. Can someone help on this Issue.
