No card with me and Not Returning my Advance payment

Dear Sir/ Mam,

I have received my HSBC credit card (4476-9299-8895-2914_ in 2007 and which has expired on 2009. after it I have never received new credit card. I have sent email to customer care for same many times and they said that they have sent the credit card but it came back as no one was at home.

Where as I have around 4000rs as credit in my credit card. I have got the regular Statement from the bank and every month they deduct some money from the credit payment. In my last statement it was left around 2000rs only.

I do not know why they have deducted it. I have even asked them to transfer the rest of credit payment in my bank account. But they have not done this. I have requested to customer care to send the credit card again so that I can utilize it. But still not received any card from them.

They have my complete house address and detail. I do not know what makes them not to send the credit card again.

I do need that some one will take action against them.
