Not received " No dues & Zero Balance Statement "

Dear Team,

With reference to the above mentioned credit card nos, I would like to inform that both the cards had paid as per you issued settlement letters.

HSBC collection team has confirmed me that when I will paid the amount, HSBC bank will issue me a ZERO balance statement and same will also update to Credit rating agency CiBil.

But, till date I have not received any “ ZERO BALANCE “ Statement and also yet my name is not removed from Cibil.

So, I am requesting you to please help me to resolve this issue asap.

2. Letter No :- RSCPDWOFFNDHNCMSERCO25112009925. For Credit Card No. 4384599991403949.
