I have been issued a Credit Card from HSBC after much persuasion from the Bank's Executive/s.
The first month, I received the Bill for my dues very promptly.
I have been waiting for the next Bill, but to my dismay, I have not even received an InstaAlert (sms) for my dues for the usage.
I am sure, the Bank would levy surcharges for delayed payments and keep on building upon the same as interests.
Request your immediate intervention in the matter please.
