HSBC Credit Cards
Offer amount not credited

I am K RAMESH and having HSBC Credit Card 4384 XXXX XXXX 0386. And i have received offer from HSBC bank as follows.

" Non Stop Offer for Rs 600/- cash back for if you spent minimum Rs 7000 on your HSBC gold card during the offer period 25th April to 25th June".

According to offer i have spent more then Rs 7000 in more then ten transactions in the offer period. but bank was not provided cask back. And now HSBC bank was saying you are not eligible for the offer.

take necessarary action and careful regarding HSBC bank offers
