HSBC GOLD CARD
DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE

Card No.4384 5999 8039 0479 in my name was valid up to 10/11 only.

This card was sent to my address as I came to know of it subsequently and was returned undelivered.

The matter was taken up with HSBC card division Chennai (?) I believe, and was informed that the card has been send to Trivandrum branch of the office for the second time on 24.10.2011.

However upon verifying the same I was informed that no such card was received at their end.

Since HSBC card was the major card I was using, non receipt of the new card has caused inconveneince to me.

Please let me know the statue immediately so that I can make alternate arrangements for a different company card.
