Delay in PF processing

I had submitted my PF form in the month of Dec and have yet not received any update as they claim that there is some problem in the system.

Its more than a year that the system is not working.

My Pf account no is (Chandni Nair) MH/46688/2668.

Would anyone be able to tell me what needs to be done for this.
