HSBC Merchant Services has charged our firm Rs 3500 as an Annual Charge on May retropectively for the period June to May without prior information or consent. Upon enquiring about the charge, we were sent a back dated letter about the annual data maintance charge to which we have not consented. On protesting about the wrongful charge, the relationship manager told (verbally) us that the charge would be reversed at the end of the next month, Till date the charge has not been reversed. Now the relationship manager says that the charge would not be reversed.
