Disturbance after settlement

This is to inform you that I had a personal loan with your bank (Ac. No. 0000000031381544872). I had received a letter from your end (Ref. No. : FFS/PIL/WOFF/CTM/NCM/FINCON/2304239, Dt. 23 April) for settlement with Rs.16000/- and settled the account by giving a DD (No. 486568 of PNB, Dt.28.04.09) of Rs.16000/-. After that I have received all my cheques which was lying with your bank along with a full and final settlement letter (Ref. No. DAL/PLB/COLL/IE, Dt. May, 09).

After one year of all this, again I have received a letter from your Manager-Debt Management, (Ref. No. NIL, Dt. 25.06.10) stating that I have an outstanding balance of Rs. 35, 315.19 with you. This is really ridiculous. I cannot imagine such a so called prestigious organization like yours can do such an awful irresponsible mistake and harass customers.
