In past month i tried to make swipe with my platinum credit card no. 4862 6989 009 3105 but they were dishonored. Which was very embarrassing. There was no formal notice from bank (HSBC's) side if they had put my card on hold. I tried their customer care several times but the call always ends before their executive is there on line. This has repeated for about 4-5 times.
After i launched a complained through email they informed that my account has been closed by bank on 18 august. Further i asked about my loyalty points they told that they can't redeem them now. First of all they have closed my account without informing to me i have already enrolled for "e statements" but still they were least bothered to sent even a mail to inform about closure of my account and secondly how can they tell me that now i can't redeem my loyalty points.
I need a proper reply and if possible again my card should be activated along with the loyalty points where they closed it.
