I, DR.MANISH SHAH, HEREBY REQUEST YOUTO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND DO NEEDFUL.
WE ARE THE REGULAR CUSTOMER OF STAR INDIA BAZAR.BEFORE FEW YRS I FILLED A FORM OF STAR BAZAR CARD WHICH WAS TERMED FREE OF COST. AFTER THAT I FORGOT THE MATTER. TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CARD BUT BEFORE ONE MONTH I RECEIVED A STATEMENT
REGARDING ANNUAL FEE.
I CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE OF HSBC AND EXPLAINE THAT I HAVE NOR RECEIVED ANY CARD, NIETHER USED ANY CARD.
EVENTHOUGH FRON 15TH OF THE APRIL I AM RECEIVING ALMOST 15 CALLS /DAY FOR THE RECOVERY OF FEES DURING THE DAY AT MY HOME AS WELL AS OFFICE PHONES.THEY INSIST THAT I NEED TO PAY ANNUAL FEE OTHERWISE WE WILL DO MENTAL HARRASEMENT .
I REPEATEDLY COMPLAINT AT CUSTOMER CARE AND AT RECOVERY DEPT.
SHOULD I GO FOR POLICE COMPLAINT/LEGAL COMPLAINT FOR MENTAL HARRASEMENT.???
