My husband was wrongly charged on the credit card usage by the bank. he fought for it and the bank apologised as well but they have balck listed him and he is unable to clear back ground verification for a small loan amount of Rs 50, 000. What has to be done in this case? Please let me know how do i get his name removed from SEBI black list. Mail: [email protected]
