Warining Regarding Credit Card - Payemnt

Hi All,

Today i've received a call from ICICI credit card collection department regarding payment...(02241021620)

But actually i never had a credit card from ICICI BANK... and also i never had any relation to ICICI BANK (Not even an Savings Account)

First i would like to know how they got my details into their database? for this i verified with ICICI customer care, they say no details are available with my name...

But how this credit card collection department people got my number... they even wont verify the official database of the bank?

Any one suggest me for legal proceedings???
