ICICI bank, Bharuch has deducted Rs13873/- from my savings account without my permission towards the credir card number 4076590596219007-LT-2-134.This card is never received or used by me. I wrote several reminders to clarify and submit me the documentary proof about the utilization of card.i also wrote bank manager of ICICI bank Bharuch to clarify under what right my account is operated without my permission and violeted my right and confidetiality as well as bank has shown disloyalty to thier customer.
i will like to have vigilence enquiry in this case.
i will like have intervention of the forum to get me justice in this case by refund of the deducted amount.
