Dear Sir/Madam,
My complaint is regarding the faulty credit card bill that i have recieved from ICICI bank, despite my best efforts to clarify my stand regarding this they have not cooperated and keep sending me the statements with surcharged and interest because of which it has become a huge amount, although i have not used the card since past 4 years, I have even approached some years back for final settlement but they were unwilling to listen, please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
