Mis-use of lost ATM Card and Bank has not send sms alert to custome

Dear Sir,

I lost my ATM Card and whosoever has theft it had mis-used it. He withdrawed a sum of Rs. 13, 000/- through ATM. Though SMS alert system is activated but not a single sms is received after the 3 transactions done. Camera fitted at ATM centre are not fitted properly and because of this the theif is not viewed properly. It is bank insufficiency for which i have suffered. Bank should solve this case.
