I had lost my debit card on 28th August for which i had logged a complaint at ICICI BANK that there was a debit of 30, 000/- Rs from my a/c (Card was swiped) n i dint even recived a single SMS abt the debits with an hours time i lost 30, 000/- Rs for whcih i complaint to the bank as i dont remember by debit card number there was no police complaint logged by when checked wid ICICI bank y there was no SMS from theri end they had my old number updated in their records even after requesting at customer care several times for the change of alternate number... till date ICICI Bank is investigating the matter n no resolution given rather they are insisting me to give n FIR copy so that they can proceed further with the complaint.. Please Help
