Respected Sir / Madam,
This complaint is regarding to money loss of amount of Rs. 400/- due to fault in Axis Bank ATM located in Kurla (East) Nehru Nagar.
I have transacted through ICICI debit card from the AXIS ATM located at Nehru Nagar (Kurla – East), wherein I have received only Rs. 600 in INR serious of 100 rupees note on the withdrawal request of 1000/-. Four hundred rupees were less in the transaction and after checking the balance it was showing of 1000 rupees withdrawal. There was no security guard at the AXIS BANK ATM premises. There were several other people who have experienced the inconvenience of ATM immediately and same issue was been taking place.
I myself and few more people went to Police station of nearby area and the officer & constables has visited the premises to verify on the said matter and they verified on our complaint.

Further on 28th June, I officially informed to ICICI principal branch located at Powai on the above said matter and they gave me the SR144850916 and assured me that the request will be processed in 12 working days from request date.
Last week when I have called up at ICICI principal bank to ask about the status of my request, Mr. Tarun (tel no. – 32089873) has informed that the AXIS BANK is confirming about the dispatch of 1000 rupees in the transaction, which has not happened and about the fault in ATM was verified and approved by the Inspector of Nehru nagar police station. The same is attached with the stamp of the police station.
Request you to coordinate with the ICICI Powai bank and confirm them that only Rs. 600 was received and rest 400 rupees need to refund or credit to my account on priority.
