1399 Rs/- debited un necessarily from the credit card

Dear Sir/Madam,

I Mr. Uma Mahesh Nanduri, Resident of East Anandh Baugh, Malkajgiri, Hyderabad... On 23rd Oct I Went to Shiva Shakthi Bar & Restaurant Which is located at 28-1, chanikyapuri, Safilguda, Hyd - 47. Ph - 040-27240026. I Paid the bill amount of Rs/- 1399 with my ICICI Credit Card which is Master..At the same time, But Unfortunately, The same amount was deducted for second time from my card with out knowing me... I have received all the statements from the restaurant on the mentioned date... But there is no second trasaction receipt in the restaurant... So In this regards, I Would like to request you to pls take the proper action on this issue and credit the amount of Rs/- 1399 immediately to my Card..
