Credit card and netbanking issues (old not solved)

I have same problems all over again

Netbanking transaction password never worked after 10 complaints

ATM were not updated for credit card payment at any of the nearest branch at indore near my home.

unreasonable penalty and charges on icici bank credit card even after paying the all dues and purchase charges.

i am fed up of this problem with icici bank and icici bank credit cards.
