Late fee reversal

this is in regard to the reversal of late fee on my credit card number 4477 4636 7791 1006 for the month of january. The reason for me not paying the fee was the statment was not dispatched on time by the courier boy due to which i was not aware of the payment due date. i request u to kindly . revrese the late fee that was leved on my credit card as i am a regular payment customer of all my credit bills on time. kindly reverse my late fee . i would really be thankful to u.
