Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been using my ICICI credit card for the past 2yrs now and there was absolutely no problem at all, but in the month of November I make the payment by cheque but there was a problem in cheque so the cheque was returned and the interest for that also calculated. and just because of that my credit card was blocked. But after I have make the Amount Rs.12000.00 for the card to work again but it did not work even after 3 days. I am Prompt payer of Credit card payments. Kindly look into my past Records. I request you kindly r waive off the late payment fees of Rs.600 & the interest charges of Rs.2004.22.

I Again request you kindly look at this issue and help me in this regard.
