ICICI Bank Credit Card
Credit Card Issued to somebody in my name

Dear Sir

I am surprised to receive a credit card statement dated Oct 21 for due payment of Rs 4190 recieved by bank wide cheque no 198585 dated 06-10-09.this has my Delhi address 101, RR apartments, Mandi Road, Mehrauli, New ManglaPuri, Delhi 110030.

It has Cust ID 4648111.

Where as I have not applied & do not hold this credit card, pl immidietly cancel this & show me the documents who has applied & using this credit card in my name, so that legal proceedings are initiated.
