Need justice for settlement of amount

Espected sir,

to day i would like to request for settlement of my icici bank credit card amount, i use it since 2004. i need settlent emi, so that i give my payment, i need your help for closed my a.c. no.5176370163728003.my possitation is not able to give - paid full amount on one time settlement, so i need emi with interest and i ready to pay for the same,
