Late payment fees & other charges

My credit card # 4477465830191004.

I made payment of Rs.4264.64 against statement dt.24.03.2011 by cheque # 007593 of 05.04.2011drawn on ICICI bank of Kandivali brach. This cheque was deposited @ ATM of ICICI bank located at Subh Kamana building in our locality. In my next months statement I was charged Late paymant fees & other charges totalling to Rs.804.86. On enquiry I was informed that the cheque was not presented to our bank for clearance due to some typographical error while writting the cheque, but they never took any pains to inform me about the mistake. Not only that, but this cheque has till this date not returned back to me. I have on 28.04.2011 paid Rs.7395.00 by another cheque NO 007595 drawn ICICI bank, Kandivali. I request to refund those amt. of Rs.804.86 charged & paid by me as yr officers also has failed to notify me in time and not returning the old cheque.
