Dear Sir,
It is intimated that I have deposited Rs.34500/- in my saving Account No. 628701500544 in cash in your branch during the month of Nov. 2010. The counterfoil of the same has also been received duly affixed the bank stamp. However, on scrutinizing the statement of Account as on 31 Dec it is found the Rs.34, 500/- has not been reelected in the statement of account.
2. The counterfoil received from the bank has been misplaced and could not be traced out.
3. In view of the foregoing you are requested to scrutinize your record and credit the Rs.34, 500/- in my saving account No 628701500544 at the earliest to avoid financial hardship as well as infracutuous correspondence at all levels.
4. An early action will be highly appreciated.
