I went to ICICI Bank to update my address and contact details. they suggested me to transfer the account at drive in road branch and within two working day they will transfer my account and update my contact details.
My account has been transferred but they have not updated my contact details, due to which i am unable to use add beneficiary in net banking. i went to their branch twice to get the detail but no proper response from them. i have tried reaching on the contact no provided by them but even no response on that.
Please look into this on urgent basis.
