Non Receipt of Maturity value

I have three Tax saving Bond -03TSB-THREE of Rs. 5000 each bearing the bond holder no. 03545-074 and certificate no-59249 having the maturity date 23-08. But, I couldn't get the maturity value. kindly check the same and oblize.
