I had called helpline of ICICI aound 90 times till date and visited branh 20 times for getting compenstation and apology but they are teasing me and saying you will not get even single rupee from us and neither apology letter.

This is to bring to your Kind notice that I Archna Thawani 629401127122 the saving account holder of ICICI Bank. I would like to inform you that the services rendered by ICICI Bank is totally useless & pathetic as till date i am waiting for my hard earned money to get refunded.
My case history which shows the negligence of ICICI Bank. After so many telephonic calls, meeting with the branch manager of ICICI Bank, Nehru Place, New Delhi. No one has shown the images or proof. ICICI Bank is satisfied that on 03/04/10 that transaction is done by us then they should show me the proof. As a Account Holder of ICICI Bank I have a right to see how can the amount got deducted from my account. Few days back they were saying that they will show me the proof but later they said that they don't have clear images and now they are saying they won't be able to show me the proof because those images are valid till 3 months. I feel ICICI Bank is cheater.
Kindly look into the matter & inform me accordingly. I have made many compliant against this problem but no action has been taken till now. Please help me i am waiting for my hard earned money since 5 months.
