I recived a Bill of 31003.42/- Credict Card Number: 5239 5110 2277 5009, I have issue a check for 3- for the same to HSR Layout ICICI bank Bangalore Branch and They have mis placed the check... well in the next bill they have added the latepayment for the same... I have made serveral Calls to Custmoer care and always they has asked me to do the Min Amount Pay... untill the issue get resolved, but I never heard them back saying that issue can be solved...
Finally I have asked for the settlement and in 14 Oct when I did the min amount Pay of - they have told that you won't recived any calls and do the final settlement of the card by payment in total 31155/- and they will isssue the Lettle for the same... and given me a service request Number: 0182335978...
But from the month of November they started again the late payment on the residual Amount I was keep on following... for that... but no result...,
I have the ICICI salary Account and on 9 Feb they have blocked the amount of 3- in the account itself and asking me to clear the fund...
My Question is Do we have to do Settlement each and every Year... even the Fault is from the Bank side, I am not responsible for loss of Check... But do coustmer has to bear the Charges always...
Even my Card is not linked with me Bank account even though they have blocked the amount which I have not used its all there Late charges and Interest...
I do have Car Loan from SBI bank and Education Loan from HDFC which is linked as ECS with my Salary Account, Now all of them get affected after blocking 32280/- and my account baleance is showing negative 6433 balance and due to which I am not able to clear my Car and Edu cation laon for Feb Month...
I went to meet the Branch Manager for my Sal Account at BTM Layout Account# 029701541325...
But he is also not able to resolve my Issue...
Can you sugguest what I can do with this problem...
