Dear Sir,
This is Alok Shrivastava using the ICICI Bank Credit Card last digit 9005 since meanwhile in 2009 August I got a call from there Mumbai Branch and they offer me for card settlement in EMI basis. and I got in settlement latter in Jan in 24000.00 in two shorts. I had issued two chques of IDBI Bank with Amount of 1- each my first cheque was cleared in Feb. but my second cheque till time not cleared, As per ICICI they told me that your cheque was bounced but as per IDBI Bank they don't get any cheque for clearance in march with amount of 1-. now ICICI has harassing me every day and they were told me that you will be liable to fine and penalty and your card settlement was caceled and also forget your 1- which one we received in Feb. 2010.
Now Kindly help me out in this regards, Now I am totally fed up with ICICI they always harassing me with loose talking (In day they call me approx 7 to 8 time).
