Dear Sir,
This with reference to my telephonic conversation with you customer care executive Arush and His immediate supervisor My Ismyle, I have received few sms in the night at around 1:00 am 08 Oct ’10 where I have found that somebody is using my card without my knowledge. I have explained the I have received around 6 or 7 sms and all has been charged from same merchant which Tataindicom-bil the is approximately is Rs 33000 as confirmed from Customer Care. I have advised none of the transaction has been made by but the team your is not agree with me.
I have using this card from last 4 years and this first time I am facing this trouble with your bank.
In the view of above I have requested you to block my credit card and lodge my complaint. I further request you to refund my amount which have been charged fraudulently on my card. Please do the enquiry and also let me know who has been misusing the card so that I can also be alert for further usage.
I have seen few more people’s have lodged similar type of complains so you can take that same because I know it is difficult for you but this is something not good for your bank and customer too.
I would appreciate if you can provide me solution for the same because you can see my records of my all transactions till now and their was discrepancy with ICICI Bank and really don’t want to lost trust in the future as well.
Would like to see your reply on the same ASAP
