My name is in defulater list, please remove my name from CIBIL

without my knowledge, ICICI bank person debit the amount from credit card for health insurance, i am arguing with ICICI, But no respose, after six month gone in to the defaulter list.

i sent lot mails to ICICI Customer care, no rsponse, no response.

Pls do the needful
