I am having axis bank credit card and i have use this cars for purchasing one laptop amount was rs 30000. I made payment of 10000 within the due and 20000 was my outstanding amount but when i have recieved the statement i have found that they have charged interest on whole amount i.e on 30000 but it should be on 20000 as i already paid 10000. I have complained the same in customer care but thye are saying this their bank policy. I am surprised that bank like axis also cheating customer, so pls be very careful before taking axisbank card. I am going to consumer court against them.
