This is really a bad experience for me. After i made a complaint in this forum.the complain link is given below.

ICICI has stopped attending my customer care mails. I have sent 3, 4 mails and waiting for the reply for 3 weeks. no one is replying at all..
I am sure usually icici replies back in 4, 5 days of time. 3 weeks of non responding i am sure, they decided not to reply to my mails again..
So i think they might have black listed me. i was been a good customer since 3, 4 years. this is not the way icici customer care should behave..
Really bad experience. i feel they are taking revenge on me, since i made a complaint here..

Taking revenge by ignoring mails and calls is not the right way ICICI. You should prove yourself doing a better customer service and rectifying the mistake.. Not by banning/ not attending my mails..
