Dear Sir, Madam,

I am in receipt of Credit Card E statement of date 07.05.2010 showing total amount due as Rs.50217.60.

I have not been able to pay the dues and use the card on account of prolonged illness of family member leading to financial hardships.

I wish to resolve the matter and therefore offer to pay Rs.25, 000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only) as one time settlement for closure of the credit card account.

I request you to accept my above offer, taking into consideration my situation.
