Password not sent

Hi Team,

I work in an ITes company and I have a demat account with ICICI direct. Initially i took this with the intention of investing some money in stocks, they took 1000/ rupees and I got the demat account.

Then I started trading, but before I started to understand the basics my account got locked.

I have been asking them to send the password to my office in Richmond circle, from the past 2 months and still I am yet to receive. I have informed them that i am staying in a PG, as such requested them to send the password to my office address. There is no response from them. This is heights of lethargy and putting the customer into hardships and lot of inconvenience.
