Car insurance claim rejection

Hello

I have taken car insurance from ICICI Lombard online. As per the document which I have received from ICICI Lombard, its valid from from 5-Jul till 5-Jun.

But in their system they have wrong data. They say its valid from 5-jun till 5-May.

There was minor incident which took place on 8-May for which I had to change the front bumper which costed approx 20000/- .

Now ICICI Lombard is not accepting their mistake and rejecting the claim saying its out of the duration. I have sent the scanned copy of the document and also tried to talk to so many people but they are not listening to it.

So this is the only way in my hand.
